School is kicking into high gear now. This Saturday is the Mid-Term and then I have 3 weeks to complete the Term paper. I'm sure 3 weeks sounds like plenty of time to those of you who wait till the last minute. I'm not one of those people though. I'll stress out about it till I've at least worked on it. However, I find writing term papers to be crushingly boring, so how I usually do it is to write a bit then put it off for 2 or 3 days then write a bit more. My topic is "A Review of Resource Management Software." Three weeks may not be long enough.

Through much adversity, Elanna and I were able to cycle 33 miles on Saturday. We had decided to try a new trail this weekend. The White Rock Lake Trail leads to White Rock Lake, which is where we usually ride, so riding down the trail, around the lake twice, and then back should have given us a pretty good ride. First, before we even left the house, I broke the stem on her rear tire while airing it up. Thankfully, the tires on her bike are pretty easy to change. Then we had a little trouble finding the entrance to the trail. When we did find it there was a sign saying that the bike trail in that park was closed and that the trail now started at a different park. Luckily, another helpful biker was able to tell us how to get to that second park. We got started and about 5 miles down the trail, Elanna's tire actually blew out! Again I was thankful that her tires are easy to change. Thankfully, We were able to complete the rest of the ride with no problems though we didn't end up getting home to almost 4pm.
In other news, Robert Jordon, Author of many voluminous Fantasy Novels, passed away.
Also Crossbows and Catapults is back!
Not much to report latley, I've been busy at work and with School. Since the course started the week I was in Scotland I'm running a little behind and I've been trying to catch up. I also had a hard time getting one of the books for the class, but I finally received it in the mail yesterday. Now I just have to to catch up on 3 weeks worth of reading. I say reading, what I really mean is just looking over it well enough to be able to find stuff quickly on the exam. All of the exams are open book, since they are online, so being familiar with the book is always good. I don;t think anyone actually reads the textbooks cover to cover. I mean really, do you want to read a college textbook about Project Management? Yeah me either.
No pictures yet to post of Scotland/England but I know you all want to see the picture of me in a Kilt so here it is:

Also the Iron Man Trailer is up, check it out.
We got back from London and Edinburgh Monday night. The Monketo wedding was great! There are many pictures of me and the others Kilts. I'l try and get some picutres posted soon. I think we hit all the touristy things in both Edinburgh and London. Almost all of my friends were traveling in some respect this past month so it will be good to catch back up with everyone.
I've also started my latest course for my Masters Degree, only 3 left to go, counting this one. This is my one non-IT class that I have to take. It's Intro to project management, which should be useful if not at least somewhat interesting since most of the people I work with are project managers.
And last but not least if you have any interest in the Warhammer 40k RPG. You should check this out.
